When Din Tai Fung approached us for their 2026 Dinner & Dance, the brief was simple:
Make it futuristic. Make it different. Make it something people won’t forget.
Instead of going with a typical balloon decoration setup, we decided to push things further — combining balloon decoration, LED lighting, and custom foamboard design to create a full immersive experience.
This is how we brought this futuristic balloon decoration Singapore concept to life.
Turning a Ballroom into a Futuristic Tunnel
The main idea was to create something that feels like you’re stepping into another space.
Not just a backdrop. But an experience.
We designed a tunnel illusion backdrop using printed foamboard panels, carefully aligned so that from the front view, it creates depth and perspective.
When guests walked in, this instantly became the focal point of the entire event
Why We Added LED Lighting (And Why It Matters)
Without lighting, this setup would still look good.
But with LED? It completely changes everything.
We installed LED strips behind the panels to create that neon glow effect, which enhances the futuristic feel and makes the entire backdrop come alive.
It also helps in one very important way:
