The overall styling focused on a clean, modern palette using white and silver chrome balloons, paired with customised backdrops and subtle lighting elements to enhance the venue while maintaining a professional and premium atmosphere.
Silver Shimmer Backdrop with Customised LED Signage
For the main photo area, a silver shimmer backdrop was installed to create a striking yet elegant focal point. The reflective surface added texture and movement to the space, enhancing the lighting and overall ambience of the venue.
At the centre of the shimmer backdrop, a customised LED signage with the phrase “Be Your Own Queen” was mounted, reinforcing the event theme and creating a memorable statement piece. This photo zone quickly became a highlight of the event, offering guests a polished and visually engaging backdrop for photos.
Customised Foam Backdrop Design
A key feature of this event setup was the customised foam backdrop installation, designed specifically to align with the V Aesthetics brand identity. The foam panels were shaped and arranged to form a layered backdrop, providing structure and visual depth on stage.
Balloon clusters in white and silver were added to the sides of the foam backdrops, creating a seamless blend between the balloon styling and the backdrop panels. This approach allowed the stage area to remain elegant, organised, and visually balanced for both guests and photography
